Description: Larger than a Rock Pigeon and a lighter color than a Mourning Dove. Note the white-rimmed black collard on the neck, and white-tipped squared tail.

Habitat: Urban, suburban, and rural areas; frequents grain silos and backyard feeders.
Interesting Fact: Eurasian Collared-Doves were introduced to the Bahamas in the mid-1970s. They have since spread northward into the United States on their own, and continue to expand their range.
